HLD/Blankman Public Relations Earns Four Awards From The New York School Public Relations Association
9.22.2006 - HLD/Blankman Public Relations has been singled out by the New York School Public Relations Association (NYSPRA) for its work on behalf of two Long Island school districts.
The agency received an Award of Excellence for designing, writing and producing the Hewlett-Woodmere School District’s Budget Newsletter for the 2006-2007 proposed budget, which passed successfully in May 2006. HLD/Blankman also garnered top honors for redesigning Hewlett-Woodmere’s Web site as well as its community newsletter, Spotlight, as part of a district re-branding effort led by the agency.
HLD/Blankman also earned honors for its budget newsletter on behalf of the Westbury Public School District. Like Hewlett-Woodmere, the newsletter helped the residents of Westbury make an informed decision about this year’s budget, and they, too, ultimately supported the proposal.
